The program is an educational course that will primarily focus on developing an understanding of what basic executive functioning skills look like, and how to implement these skills into the learners daily life.

Upon the completion of the course the learner will gain knowledge and skills to be able to plan, organize and complete tasks, and focus on working towards independence.

Executive functioning skills (time management, planning, scheduling, social skills, etc.) will be looked at. Tools and strategies will be used to improve these skills. This course includes practical exercises and activities to help the learner apply a set of executive functioning and life skills during the learning process and in real life.

In this program, your child will learn:

1. Time Management & Organization: Strategies for planning and prioritizing tasks.

3. Flexibility and problem-solving: Skills for adapting to changing situations.

4. Self-advocacy: How to advocate for your own needs.

5. Self-regulation: Helping teens understand and manage their own emotions.

6. Social skills: Strategies for effective communication and social interaction.

7. Group Coaching Session - Creating a Vision Board And Asking Self Reflective Questions Of How To Achieve What Is In the Board.
