ELC Neurolanguage Coaching® Certification course, accredited by the ICF. The course has been created and developed by Rachel Paling and is now being delivered worldwide by Rachel and ELC Licensed Trainers.
The Intensive 3-day Course is divided into blended online and “face to face”, with 3 x two-hour online sessions, then 3 full days of classroom teaching and finally 3 x two hour online sessions.
The Live interactive online programme, consisting of 36 hours of online sessions, is also available for those who find it difficult to come to 3-day Intensive course venues.

‘Creating an Inclusive and Accessible Classroom for All Learners’ training course, certified by CPD with 6 CPD hours. The course focuses on understanding the needs of each student, in particular sensory processing, communication, and social interaction. The course covers the importance of working in a team (teachers, SENCO’s, parents, therapists), and discusses the strategies to make education accessible for all students.
The outcome is to provide educators and support staff with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to support each individual learner on the autism spectrum, to create an inclusive classroom, and to promote neuroinclusive education.
‘Understanding Neurodiversity and Neuroinclusion: Tools, Strategies, and Coaching’ training and coaching workshop, certified by CPD with 2 CPD hours. The goal of this workshop is to give people the knowledge and practical skills they need to build neuroinclusive environments that value and support the diverse perspectives and strengths of neurodiverse people.
Learners will know what neurodiversity and neuroinclusion is; understand what tools and approaches to use at home to support the individual with ASD; have tips on how to create a sensory-friendly environment for their child and establish effective communication; understand what approaches to use at the workplace to support the individual on the autism spectrum.
“Building a Team of Leaders: A Coaching Approach to Communication”, certified by CPD with 8 CPD hours.
The course is built with the focus on enhancing and enabling a communication approach with the support of coaching. Effective communication is a support for family members; colleagues at the workplace and in our day-to-day life endeavours. We address Emotional Intelligence (EQ); effective communication; and a beneficial impact of managing one`s emotions.
Coaching is another pillar that is introduced; along with a couple of coaching models. We explore the core source of emotions; the brain. Mainly; what emotions are from the brain perspective and the effects of the brain chemicals – enzymes – on the way we interact.
The course is structured to be highly interactive and engaging; offering participants a safe environment to share; try out and learn by doing.

This comprehensive training and coaching program focuses on effective leadership and on how to create a neuroinclusive workplace culture.
The training sessions cover in-depth understanding of leadership characteristics and skills that support neuroinclusion at work. We delve deeper to understand how we address our cultural biases, and work on stretching our ‘empathy muscle’ to include individuals with neurological differences in a workplace setting.
During coaching sessions, we look at The Self Coaching Model and the G.R.O.W. Model for effective goal setting and self-reflection both on a personal and professional level.

"Inclusive Practices: Neurodiversity in the Workplace", certified by CPD with 5 CPD hours.
The course explores neuroinclusive work culture and the importance of inclusive policies in organizations.
Sessions provide a positive learning outcome as we explore the Neurodiversity paradigm vs Medical paradigm; the strength-based approach to neuroinclusion and how to bring in unique and talented individuals. We look at the Universal Design Learning (UDL) which highlights ‘no one size fits all approach’ and how it is imperative to place accommodations and modification in the workplace.
The Coaching element of the program focuses on reflective exercise alongside setting goals on how delegates intend to raise awareness of inclusive policies and implement them.
