Option B. You Travel, We Deliver

You book airfare and lodging (often required by institutional travel policies). We design and deliver the full programme: curated experiences, workshops, talks, visits, and learning capture.

  • You decide. Option A is full-service coordination where we handle everything. Option B is you arrange travel (often required by institutional policies) while we design and deliver the full learning programme.

  • Group discounts typically apply from 9 participants. For the best learning experience and logistical quality, we recommend between 10 and 20 persons.

  • To benefit from group discounts, we recommend booking 10 to 12 months in advance. Most clients book approximately three months ahead, though earlier planning always provides more flexibility.
